"Late 2022, November to be exact we at Connaisseur Audio got the possibility to experience the new Absolare Eternum preamplifier. This preamplifier differs from his siblings by a complete symmetrical design, and a separate power supply.
At first I thought it would be the same as the single ended designs except for the
different topology. Oh boy couldn’t I be more wrong after a brief listening session.
This is a different animal, and I will try to describe the differences in the perceived listening experience.
This preamplifier gives much more energy to the system, combining this with a better focus and a much wider and deeper soundstage. It has a kind of disappearing act, I never thought was possible with only exchanging a fantastic preamplifier with an even better one. You can’t really speak about certain parameters that stand out, it is the whole listening experience that is elevated to new levels."
To say that I am impressed is an understatement!
